About Ms Bhavana
Bhavana is the Director and Principal physiotherapist at the Advanced Hand Clinic. She has more than 15 years of experience in hand and upper limb rehabilitation, having worked in UK and Australia. She has contributed as a Director of the British Hand Therapy Association Executive Committee and the Australian Hand Therapy Association Education Committee. Bhavana is interested in clinical research in hand therapy, and has several publications in peer reviewed journals, including a Cochrane review. At the Advanced Hand Clinic, Bhavana and her team of hand therapists provide treatment for injuries and conditions that affect the elbow, wrist, hand, fingers and thumb. They use specialist assessment skills and therapeutic interventions to help restore the patients’ highest level of functional use of their hands.
